WELCOME TO E. TRACHSLER, S.A. E. TRACHSLER, S.A. was founded in 1926 by Mr Eugen Trachsler with the objective of commercialising products made with natural cork. The main activity of the company has been the commercialisation of corks for still and sparkling wines. The company has remained under the
management of the Trachsler family, who continue to distinguish
their products with the tradition and experience handed down
by the three generations that preceded them. The family have
established what is now one of the major exporting companies
of sparkling wine corks in the world. Since Dom Perignon first began using cork to close the bottles of their early champagnes, protecting wine from external agents has been fundamental to the enjoyment of its aromatic and taste qualities. Natural cork stands out as the most appropriate material, on account of both its high quality and its sponginess. INTERNATIONALISATION AND QUALITY Attaining maximum quality is one of our companyís primary strategic aims, and the research we carry out is focused on those points which are of greatest concern to our customers.
