4. REFERENCE SAMPLE

A reference sample of each and every dispatch is kept for a period of one year.

5. CONTROL SHEETS

All control and production sheets, labels and order sheets are classified in a specific envelope for each dispatch. This gives us complete traceability of the product at all times.
